Brand New PA Mixer with Built-in recording!
May 2009
Costing a fraction of some ‘Digital Snake’ systems, the LR16 is so much more than a simple PA mixer. The Stage-box, to which one connects all the microphones, etc. on stage, also has a built-in hard disc recorder. With an internal 80GB hard drive, this means the entire performance can be recorded for future production using a standard Digital Audio Workstation.
The ‘multi-core’ is a simple CAT5 cable, meaning you no longer need 50 metres of heavy duty multi-pair cable. Since the system is 100% digital, there can be no signal degradation between stage and front of house.
Then there’s a fully featured professional mixer with on-board effects allowing your sound engineer complete control over the front of house sound.
We think this is ideal for schools and churches, etc. who want to record their live performances and turn them in to media projects or simply create a CD to capture the memories!
