Our team can deliver high quality, bespoke training on everything we sell, ensuring that you're never left with a product, or project, that you don't fully understand. We have Apple certified staff, and competitive daily training rates, and we're happy to deliver training on products even if we didn't supply them in the first place!

Customers of MEC can enjoy unlimited telephone technical support FOR FREE for up to 12 months after any purchase. - If any issues cannot be resolved over the phone, we have an equipment collection service so that we can get the gear back here for a closer look. This service is completely free for 12 months after the purchase (providing faults are not down to product misuse).

MEC is a division of Andertons Music Co. Everything on the Andertons Music Co site is available to buy via MEC, often with an extra education discount. The Andertons site contains real time stock & price information (prices are always shown inc vat), as well as anticipated ETA's on out of stock products, product details, customer reviews, sale items, and regularly updated news items.
